Where it is not possible for us to give a kitty free run because of spraying or peeing issues, a kitty is housed in a roomy walk in stud quarter and has a window ledge seat.
Should a kitty of ours not work out in their home, The Bird & I should be contacted and we will assist in re-homing the kitty. There is no time limit to this assistance. We may not be able to take back the kitty into our home due to quarrantine requirements, but we will always help to find the kitty another home.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale for no stated reason. In such a case, any deposit paid would be refunded.
Otherwise deposits are taken in good faith and will not be refunded. The deposit though can be applied to the purchase of another cat or kitten at a later date.
As of March 2005, a deposit of 50% of the cost of the cat or kitten is required to reserve a kitty.
We take pay pal payments but for payments made with paypal, there is an additional 4% to cover pay pal charges
We also accept cash, interac check payments, or money orders and bank drafts.
We prefer to reply to first enquiries and general enquiries by email. This is for our protection as well as that of our potential clients. We are hobby breeders and breed only on a very small scale. We also breed for show and only on occasion have pet kittens though we do sell our show quality kittens/cats to pet homes.
Once a particular kitten or cat is decided on, we encourage potential new parents to come visit and see the kitten/cat and where possible meet the sire and dam of the kitten in question. This way, everybody knows what they are getting.
Of course this may not be possible for all new owners. In such cases, we try to provide a 2-3 weekly update on the development of your kitten.
We also ship our kittens overseas and shipping is done through Buffalo, NY airport or Toronto, Ontario airport.
