However our ktities have remained first and foremost pets and are raised underfoot
In 2006, we have dcided to downsize our cattery further. Presently, we have 6 adult cats but when our kittens are grown we will have 9-10 cats in our breeding programme.
Our girls run free in our cattery room and our boys are housed in walk in stud quarters. Babies grow up well socialised. They play in playpens until they are old enough to climb out on their own. Then they run the cattery with their moms and spend time with us and have run of the main floor of our house for part of each day.
Our kitties have been tested FELV/FIV negative as well as screened for FIP. We have had out present breeding cats tested for PKD and all our breeding cats are now certified PKD DNA negative as of 25th May 2006
We owe our foundation kitties to Barbara Bosco of Castlegate and Shirley Guillet of Chasshir. We are especially grateful to Shirley who not only trusted us with her cats but have been for many years now, both friend and mentor
To the list of those we have really helped us, we add Evelyn & Ameena of Diehl Exotics. Words can't begin to express what we owe to them for our present exotic programme.
