Golden Persians
The Golden  Persian division like the silver persian are divided into chinchilla goldens and shaded goldens
The standard for chinchilla goldens reads as follows:
undercoat rich warm cream. Coat on back, flanks, head and tail sufficiently tipped with black to given golden appearance. legs may be slightly shaded with tipping. Chin, ear tufts, stomach and chest, cream. Rims of eyes, lips and nose outlined in black.
Nose leather:deep rose
Paw Pads: black
Eye colour: green or blue green. Disqualify for incorrect eye colour, incorrect eye colour being copper, yellow, gold, amber or any colour other then green or blue green
The Bird & I Morning Glory is a show quality chinchilla golden persian girl. She has a clear golden coat, very light in colour and beauitful  blue green eyes.
Glory was about 5.5 pounds in weight as an adult.
The  CFA standard for shaded  goldens is  as follows:
undercoat rich warm cream with a mantle of black tipping shading down from sides, face and tail from dark on the ridge to cream on the chin, chest, stomach and under the tail.  Legs to be the same tone as the face. The general effect to be much darker then the chinchilla. Rims of eyes, lips and nose outlined in black.
Nose leather:deep rose
Paw Pads: black
Eye colour: green or blue green. Disqualify for incorrect eye colour, incorrect eye colour being copper, yellow, gold, amber or any colour other then green or blue green
The Bird & I Honey Dijon was a  show quality shaded golden persian female
Dijon had large round green eyes and a warm golden coat.
Dijon was a 5.5  pound cat as an adult
The Bird & I Blondie Ambition  was another breeder/  show quality shaded golden persian female
Blondie would have been a 4.5  pound girl as an adult.

Badly coloured goldens
Sometimes when solids are introduced into silver lines, there is a throwback to the solid and as a result we get a fluke and Thomas Crown was the result.
Tom was out of a breeding between a chinchilla silver female and a shaded golden sire. He came out a really weirdly dark shaded "something"! I wouldn't call him a golden at all but he has green eyes and a coat that is too light to be a brownie.....
