| The Bird & I is a online specialty store for handmade fabric crafts, unique home decor items, costume jewelry as well as a new kittycat boutique. We feature themed costume jewelry such as charm bracelets, necklaces and hand crafted fabric wall organisers, wall hangings, table cloths, table runners, bird houses as well as everything a discerning kitty cat as well as their pet owner would enjoy. It has been almost 10 years since we had a vendor's stall in Crafter's Market Place in Kitchener and in London. However in recent months, we have revisited our interests and once again embarked on our craft works. We are a mother and daughter, Susie & Aileen , team working on our hobby and for our love of designing. Hubby, Dino has also joined in and we are now a family team! |

| Since our first love has always been our kittycats, we have added a Kitty Cat Boutique to our Crafts with the encouragement of our family and friends. We have cat nip pillows, cat beds, cat carrier covers and hubby, Dino who has made cat trees for our own kitties has added some of his hand crafted cat condos/cat trees to the site. Susie & Aileen are designing and making jewelry pieces as well as working on other craft projects |

| Susie is an avid reader and her favourite genre are fantasy/science fiction but she reads a wide range of books from arts and crafts publications to westerns, horror and combination of horror/romance. Stephanie Meyer's books have struck a chord with the teenage world and this would have been something Susie would have enjoyed as a teenager! |
